Welcome to vPaste. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Download and install the App on your personal Mac computer
  • Use the App for its intended purpose of clipboard management
  • Make reasonable backup copies of the App for personal use

3. User Account

Some features of the App may require you to create an account:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App responsibly and not to:

  • Store illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems
  • Use the App to distribute malware or malicious content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • You can cancel anytime through your account settings
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy
  • Prices may change with notice

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The App will meet your specific requirements
  • The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
  • The quality of the App will meet your expectations

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
  • Loss of clipboard content or saved snippets
  • Business interruption
  • Any other damages arising from your use of the App

9. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of them. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
