  • Install and use the App on your personal Apple devices
  • Use the App for viewing your Cursor usage, billing analysis, and widgets
  • Make reasonable backup copies of the App for personal use

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Remove or modify copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
  • Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes

4. Account and Cookie Responsibility

The App relies on a Cursor cookie that you provide. You are responsible for making sure the cookie belongs to an account you are authorized to use and for keeping it secure. Never share your cookie with untrusted parties.

5. Unofficial Interface

Important: The App reads Cursor usage through an unofficial interface. Cursor may change its website, endpoints, or data format at any time, which can cause the App to stop working or return incomplete results.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The App will meet your specific requirements
  • The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The data returned from Cursor will always be accurate or complete
  • The App will continue to work if Cursor changes its service

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits or business opportunities
  • Incorrect usage estimates or analysis results
  • Service interruptions caused by upstream changes
  • Any other damages arising from your use of the App

8. Updates and Termination

We may modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with them.
