The rules for using our app

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SuperText on supported Apple devices. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

SuperText provides text transformation and creative formatting tools that run primarily on your device. Features may include text effects, conversion tools, exports, and sharing. We may update or change features over time.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of the text and content you enter into the App. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the content you create or share using the App.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where law permits, or use it in violation of law. You are responsible for any content you create and distribute.

4. Exports and sharing

If you export, copy, or share generated content, you do so at your own discretion. We are not responsible for where you choose to send that content or how third-party services handle it.

5. Third-party services

If you use Apple system features or third-party destinations to share content, those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for those services.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR RELIANCE ON ANY OUTPUT CREATED BY THE APP.

8. Updates and termination

We may release updates that add or remove features. We may suspend or discontinue the App. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence or the jurisdiction we designate for disputes, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
